Sam Castor, Esq.

Sam Castor is the founder of Lex Tecnica and a seasoned executive attorney with over 15 years in the technology sector. He has negotiated billions of dollars in intellectual property and infrastructure transactions, resolved hundreds of millions in litigation, and served in senior legal roles at Switch, where he rose to Executive Vice President of Policy and Deputy General Counsel. A professor of negotiation and drafting at UNLV's Boyd School of Law and holder of an LLM in Cybersecurity from Texas A&M, Sam brings national firm expertise with the agility and loyalty of in-house counsel.

F. Christopher Austin is a highly experienced commercial litigator and intellectual property attorney with over 30 years of trial experience. He has dedicated his career to helping businesses and individuals defend and protect their patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, and brings national BigLaw depth to every IP matter at Lex Tecnica.

Ashlyn Hauber is a strategic and future-focused IP attorney who is fluent in both English and Spanish.
