Child Rights

Advocating for Every Child. Fighting for Every Family.

Lex Tecnica and Child Rights

Children deserve advocates who take their rights seriously. Lex Tecnica's Child Rights division operates through three specialized brands: IEP Defenders, which fights for students with disabilities to receive the free and appropriate public education they are legally entitled to under IDEA, Section 504, and the ADA; EverHome Adoptions, which guides adoptive families through the legal process of building their forever family; and Carma Legal, which represents children and families in personal injury cases and bullying matters. Whether you are navigating an IEP dispute, finalizing an adoption, or fighting for justice after an injury, we show up for the children who need us most.

  • IEP disputes, eligibility, and placement advocacy

  • Due process hearings and state complaint proceedings

  • Section 504 accommodations and compliance
