Sam Castor is the founder of Lex Tecnica and a seasoned executive attorney with over 15 years in the technology sector. He has negotiated billions of dollars in intellectual property and infrastructure transactions, resolved hundreds of millions in litigation, and served in senior legal roles at Switch, where he rose to Executive Vice President of Policy and Deputy General Counsel. A professor of negotiation and drafting at UNLV's Boyd School of Law and holder of an LLM in Cybersecurity from Texas A&M, Sam brings national firm expertise with the agility and loyalty of in-house counsel.
