Tyler Hurst

Tyler Hurst is a third-year law student at the William S. Boyd School of Law. With a background in teaching and English, he carries a deep belief in lifelong learning and the transformative power of knowledge. His approach to the law reflects not only a commitment to intellectual growth but also an unwavering sense of responsibility toward the people and projects entrusted to him.


Tyler currently serves as an Article Editor for the Nevada Law Journal and has gained practical experience in Personal Injury Litigation, Consumer Rights, and Adult Guardianship. His dedication to excellence has been recognized through multiple CALI Awards and placement on the Dean’s List.


Motivated by his Achiever strength, Tyler continually sets ambitious goals for himself and pursues them with energy and discipline. Guided by his Belief in doing meaningful work and anchored by his Responsibility to fulfill commitments, he combines a strategic mindset with a love of learning to craft creative, effective solutions to legal challenges. Tyler’s ultimate aim is not only to advance his own professional development but also to elevate those around him through hard work, integrity, and collaborative success.
