She also served as Country Director for the International Institute for Ethical Governance and Accountability, advancing transparency and ethical governance while expanding IIEGA’s U.S. presence and developing university-based Centers of Excellence.
Her work spans trial litigation, regulatory and contract support, and cross-border compliance, helping stakeholders navigate high-stakes proceedings, complex legal frameworks, and operational risk. Prior to her public-sector and governance roles, she was an Energy and Environmental Legal Project Manager at Bernstein Shur in Portland, Maine, and practiced in South Africa across litigation, corporate compliance, and affirmative action matters.
