Tabetha Nakagawa, Esq.

Tabetha Nakagawa is an attorney at Lex Tecnica who brings her background and experience in corporate law, labor and employment law, civil litigation, government entities and municipal law, and real estate law. A born-and-bred Las Vegas native, she brings a multidisciplinary background spanning legal advocacy, client service, business operations, and communications, with experience supporting clients through complex legal and operational challenges. 

Tabetha’s approach is grounded in responsiveness, strategic problem-solving, and a strong commitment to client service.

Prior to joining Lex Tecnica, Tabetha spent the past several years working at a prominent Las Vegas law firm, where she developed a diverse litigation and advisory practice spanning employment, commercial, municipal, and real estate matters. During that time, she gained substantial experience drafting and arguing motions, managing complex cases, advising clients through multifaceted legal issues, and appearing before state and federal courts. This experience helped shape her practical, client-focused approach to legal representation and provided her with a strong foundation across multiple practice areas.
