Sam Castor is an aggressive bridge builder and mountain mover who has spent over 15 years in the technology sector as an executive vice president and attorney. He has negotiated billions of dollars in intellectual and infrastructure transactions, shaped legislative and regulatory landscapes, and resolved hundreds of millions of dollars in litigation and business conflicts.
