timelines. Nancy’s work spans a wide range of matters involving special education disputes, case management, document preparation, and client relations. She helps clients navigate complex legal processes by
maintaining critical deadlines, coordinating communications between families and school districts, preparing exhibits, and hearing materials. Her approach is grounded in organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing compassionate support to clients during challenging situations.
Prior to joining Lex Tecnica, Nancy worked in personal injury defense litigation, where she served as a Litigation Analytics and Docket Clerk supporting attorneys across personal injury, environmental, and construction-related matters. In that role, she managed firm-wide calendaring, court deadlines, legal filings, and case analytics while assisting with client communications and litigation support. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Nancy is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and fostering positive client experiences throughout every stage of the legal process.
