With over 20 years of multifaceted experience in special education, I provide a unique, dual-perspective approach to advocacy. My career spans classroom instruction, behavior specialization, and remote case management, allowing me to bridge the critical gap between daily educational realities and the complexities of special education law.


I specialize in empowering parents as they navigate the IEP, 504, and due process landscape. My approach is data-driven and collaborative, rooted in a proven track record of maintaining 95–98% compliance rates across complex paperwork systems like SIES. Whether addressing academic barriers or behavioral challenges, I leverage my background as a Behavior Specialist to understand  functional assessments and create individualized strategies that drive measurable student progress.

  • Strategic Advocacy & Compliance: Expert in navigating IDEA, ADA, and Section 504. I provide comprehensive support for IEP development, triennials, mediation, and manifestation determinations, ensuring all documents are aligned with federal and state regulations.

  • Behavioral & Instructional Support: With a strong clinical background, I specialize in interventions for students with profound Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and multiple disabilities. My work focuses on replacing challenging behaviors with positive supports and data-based skill development.

  • Systems & Data Analysis: Expert at analyzing psychoeducational evaluations and monitoring data-driven progress reports. I help families and districts move beyond guesswork by using objective data to secure appropriate accommodations and instructional adjustments.
