Kim Wood

Kim Wood is a member of the IEP Defenders team at Lex Tecnica LTD. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science with an emphasis in Family Studies from Utah Valley University, providing her with a strong foundation in understanding family dynamics, communication, and individual needs.

Kim brings a thoughtful, compassionate approach to her work, with a focus on supporting families and advocating for effective, student-centered outcomes. Her academic background allows her to approach complex situations with empathy, clarity, and a commitment to collaboration.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys horseback riding, golfing, and traveling. These interests reflect her appreciation for commitment, focus, and exploration-qualities that align closely with her professional dedication to advocacy and service.
