Kathleen Ireland, Esq.

Kathleen Ireland, Esq.

Kathleen Ireland is an internationally trained attorney who brings a compassionate, client centered approach to advocacy grounded in decades of legal experience across multiple jurisdictions. Her background in family related legal matters, estate administration, and cross‑border representation informs her deep commitment to supporting individuals and families through complex systems with clarity and care.

Ms. Ireland earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Law, along with her LLB (J.D. equivalent), from the University of the Witwatersrand, where she also served as an elected law student representative. She later completed an LLM in International Trade at the University of Stellenbosch, gaining a strong foundation in international regulatory systems and institutional frameworks.

Admitted as an attorney, notary, and conveyancer in the High Court of South Africa, Ms. Ireland spent nearly twenty years in private practice handling property transfers, probate, and estate administration. This work required close collaboration with families during sensitive and often emotional transitions, experience that continues to shape her empathetic, clear, and supportive communication style. She is also admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and as a member of the New York Bar.

In addition to her private practice background, Ms. Ireland has held senior roles in both the public and private sectors, including serving as legal adviser to a major international airline and managing federally funded trade programs in the United States. Across these roles, she developed a strong appreciation for how legal systems affect real people, and the importance of guiding clients through them with patience, respect, and practical solutions.

Ms. Ireland applies her broad legal training, international perspective, and human centered approach to advocacy. She is committed to ensuring that individuals and families feel heard, supported, and empowered as they navigate complex processes, and she brings trusted, high‑value counsel to every matter she undertakes.
