With over 15 years of experience as an attorney, Justin has led his own law firm, represented the State of Arizona as an Assistant Attorney General, and served as an Administrative Law Judge—each role refining his ability to navigate complex legal matters with clarity, empathy, and precision. Mr. Fernstrom brings a client-centered approach to his practice, working diligently to resolve cases that impact families, individual rights, and long-term well-being. His professional journey spans dependency and adoption law, grandparent rights, family law, personal injury, estate planning, and administrative law. His work is grounded in a deep sense of purpose and guided by integrity, adaptability, and meaningful relationships. A proud graduate of Michigan State University College of Law, Mr. Fernstrom earned his J.D. with honors and served as an editor of the Journal of International Law. He holds a B.S. in Psychology and an A.A. in History/Political Science—both magna cum laude—from Utah Valley University.
