Julian Moreira is an advocate and owner of Find Parent Advocates, where they focus on dispute resolution under IDEA, Part B. Julian brings seven (7) years of experience in dispute resolution and compliance under IDEA, Part B, with a track record of resolving hundreds of disputes between parents of students with disabilities and schools through state complaints, IEP facilitation, and mediation as a state official; and, more recently, connecting hundreds of parents to advocate professionals nationwide via the Find Parent Advocates directory.
