Irene Whelan

Irene Whelan is a member of the Lex Tecnica team who transitioned into legal operations, supporting the firm’s financial and operational processes with a precise and analytical approach.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Sciences and a Master of Education in Behavior Analysis. Her professional experience spans over 12 years across clinical research, behavioral intervention, analytics, and psychometric assessment, providing a strong foundation in education, psychology, and science. Her work in these areas has centered on data integrity, standardized systems, and pattern recognition, where accuracy and careful analysis are essential.

Outside of work, Irene enjoys time with her husband and daughter, embracing life as a new mom, growing in her faith, following her curiosity through research and learning, exploring new restaurants, crafting, pampering her dogs, and diving into new shows.
