Hayden Smith, Esq.

Hayden Smith is a values-driven legal strategist and global connector who has spent the last several years serving as trusted counsel to businesses and individuals. With a unique blend of legal insight and financial acumen, he helps businesses and their ownership grow with clarity, and plan for the future with confidence.
Hayden’s legal background is complemented by a master degree from the Marriott School of Business, with an emphasis in finance, making him particularly adept at translating vision into executable strategy. Whether guiding companies through transformational deals or helping individuals build legacies through thoughtful estate planning, he leads with integrity, precision, and a passion for empowering others.
Hayden is a licensed broker-salesperson and utilizes his experience in commercial real estate and land use to guide businesses and investors to acquire, develop, sell, and lease real property.
His work has taken him far beyond traditional legal practice. In law school, Hayden joined a non-profit and helped launch a business development program in rural Tanzania, living among the Maasai people, participating in cultural traditions, and ultimately being honored as a Maasai warrior. This cross-cultural experience shaped his worldview and deepened his commitment to purpose-driven leadership and sustainable economic empowerment. It led him to be active in public service in his career, and to utilize his fluency in Spanish to provide hundreds of hours of pro bono service in the Las Vegas community.
Hayden believes that legal work is ultimately human work—rooted in trust, stewardship, and long-term relationships. He approaches every challenge with curiosity, every client with respect, and every opportunity as a chance to serve.
