Feather Lake

Feather Lake is the Chief of Staff and Culture for the firm, bringing more than 20 years of experience in legal operations, executive partnership, and strategic program management across corporate, technology, manufacturing, and sports organizations. She is known for her ability to bring structure to complex environments, align cross-functional teams, and support senior leadership with clarity, discretion, and a strong operational mindset.

Throughout her career, Feather has led high-priority initiatives involving legal operations, trademark portfolio management, contract administration, policy development, workflow optimization, and executive support. She has partnered closely with C-suite leaders, legal departments, outside counsel, and business stakeholders to streamline processes, improve collaboration, and ensure the successful execution of critical organizational priorities.

Before joining the firm, Feather held leadership roles with Switch, Ultimate Fighting Championship (Zuffa, LLC dba UFC), and ProCaps Laboratories, where she built a reputation for operational excellence, relationship-building, and strategic problem-solving. She holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice, magna cum laude, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, an A.A.S. in Legal Assistant Studies from the Community College of Southern Nevada, and a Trademark Paralegal Certification from AltLegal.
