Dylan Lawter, Esq.

Dylan Lawter, Esq.

Dylan Lawter is a seasoned attorney with experience in labor and employment and general litigation. He started his legal career at a well-respected law firm in Las Vegas, representing clients in federal court, state court, before federal and state administrative agencies, and in arbitration and mediation. He approaches disputes with the ability to understand the interests, motivations, and legal positions of all parties involved, allowing him to anticipate opposing arguments and advocate effectively for his clients.

Mr. Lawter received his juris doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law. While in law school, he co-founded the Policy and Legislation Society, served on the editorial board of the Nevada Law Journal, volunteered in the Kids’ Court School as an instructor and supervisor, and worked in the Special Education Advocacy Clinic. During his final year of law school, he worked with the late (and great) Michael K. Wall to represent a pro bono client before the Nevada Court of Appeals where Mr. Lawter assisted in preparing appellate briefs and presented oral argument before the Court.

In his spare time, he is off on adventures with his wife and kids. He loves to run, cycle, swim, camp, hike, and read.
