Resolving complexities and targeting needed areas of support to enable neurodiverse individuals to achieve their full potential and personal goals. With over 25 years of experience as a K-12 Special Education Teacher and Administrator, Mindy is deeply dedicated to empowering neurodiverse learners and guiding families through the IEP or 504 process. Mindy’s approach is unique- she brings a vibrant energy to everything she does. Her personality traits make her an ideal partner for both families and educators. Winning others over is one of Mindy's natural strengths- she knows how to disarm social fear and make others feel seen and heard, helping families navigate challenging educational moments with confidence. She’s also incredibly well versed in all things special ed, she is always ready to craft creative and flexible paths forward for each learner, ensuring their individual needs are met in a way that works for them. Mindy is a beacon of hope, always spotting the good in every situation and celebrating each victory, no matter how small. Her unique combination of dedication, empathy, and strategic insight ensures that each child has the opportunity to succeed. Mindy’s goal is to make the educational journey not just successful, but inspiring- because every child deserves an advocate who believes in their potential.
