Cynthia has worked with local organizations in supporting families of children with special needs for the last 13 years as an independent advocate, with assistance tailored to each family she has worked with.
Cynthia believes that the title of “parent” is the most important title at the IEP Meeting. Her ultimate goal is to empower families and ensure that every child with special needs receives a free and appropriate education tailored to their unique requirements.
