Alexis Michaud, Esq.

Alexis Michaud has been a tax and corporate law attorney for the last 19 years. In 2018, she expanded her expertise by becoming a Realtor, and in 2020, she founded North Advisory Group, a company that acts as a COO during your transition and relocation to the tax-free state of Nevada.

Her career includes providing guidance on complex tax matters, working on global acquisitions and deal closings for IBM, and playing a key role on the executive team at Switch, where she helped grow the company from a statewide entity to a national, international, and eventually public company in 2017. Drawing on her extensive experience, Alexis navigates and negotiates a wide range of contracts, assists with mergers and acquisitions, and handles corporate matters for businesses of all sizes, from small startups to developing and implementing exit strategies for founders.
