
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support our executive team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and requires a detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple tasks, coordinating projects, and providing exceptional clerical support while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings using Google and Outlook Calendars.
Assist in project coordination by tracking timelines, and deliverables.
Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents to enhance office efficiency.
Act as a personal assistant.
Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication across departments.
Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data management, and collaborative projects.
Perform general clerical duties.
Experience
Proven experience in an administrative role or as an executive assistant is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook) and Google Suite applications is essential.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
Previous experience in project coordination or office management is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
